- Ah that'll be even easier to make than the 'glass one. Just vacuum form some plexiglass over your foam mold and you're good to go!! Van

- If you vacuum form a clear plastic over foam, you will not get a nice clear finish on the inside (to see the chromed stacks). It would be textured unless you spray a catalyzed primer over your foam

- Ah, stan's right... i had forgotten how close the intake is to the exh. using plexi wouldn't be the best idea cuz it will fog up and possibly even melt. And he's also right in that if you vacuum form
