After the hardening I can report some success!! The teeth show NO wear anymore. The contacting surface is glossy polished but no marks of teeth digging into. gear wheel to a depth of 0,2 mm. Cheers

My offset bushings move the hole, what? Half an inch? They've been in my car some 40-odd years now! Originally when it was a street car, now as a race car. Never had any vibration issue with them. (S

What about getting slower into turns. As Buzz says - slow in, fast out. Had to learn that too. BTW....I forced my car to a little understeer to make it faster. The oversteer version looked spectacula
