- Skye, I can't comment on the little butane rigs but I've got two different propane and an oxy-propane rig, but my favourite for quick and dirty heat for small jobs is a "Bernz-O-matic" MAPP gas torch

- Bud, I bought a `76 new and it came with three keys; Ignition, boot/doors, and glovebox. The logic was explained to me by the salesman as when you give your ignition key to a service garage or valet

- Paul, I've done this oodles, twice in one day in fact (don't ask!) and have always used the valve cover studs. I use a short length of heavy chain bolted to the two studs and lift in the middle. YMMV
