- You can use _any_ oil you want: 20W-50, turbine oil, even used motor oil! Here's the kicker: you do not use any oil in Weber carbs. Welcome to maintenance free carburation. Thomas James Pokrefke, III

- If you have a DCOE 45 no oil is required I'm not sure about the others. Check the book Weber carbs by Pat Braden he may be able to shed some light on this.
