Try looking at the water pump bearing. Check to see if the pulley is seated correctly and check the fan belt and generator bearings. Did you pre oil the gen. shaft, pack it with grease etc. Good Luck

Does it happen when you push the clutch in or all the time? Have you tried running it without the belt, it may be the generator or water pump. ...Art
