There's a wonderful product called GOO GONE that is lemon oil based and will remove gum, paste, glues and I know for sure Double sided sticky tape. Check your local grocery and/or hardware store. Goo

There's a relatively benign stuff meant for removing adhesive residue, called (no kidding) Goo-Gone, made by Magic American Corp. in Cleveland. It is a citrus stuff that works well. I would try it in
