This is resistor plug with an extended tip in the NGK 7 heat range which is on the cool and hard side - would be ok in a midly modified 1275 engine might be a tad too cold for stock. Vizard has a tab

Way back when performace guys used to "index" their plugs by making sure the electrode was pointing towards the intake valve. These 4 prongers take all the fun out of indexing them. I have em, I like

Thank you to all the participants in this question. I have already replaced the 7's with 6's and the car runs so much better. I was getting my points and condenser from an import place in Ft. Worth.
