There dosn't seem to be any means of tensioning the camshaft drive chain on my 1275 (dual sproket type) Am I missing something ? Guy

You can graft on an A+ timing chain tensioner. That is the only way. Mind you, you shouldn't need to adjust it unless a) you had the block line-bored b) it is worn out and needs replacement! I grafte

Guy There is no tension system on A series engines (there is on A+ engines but they never came stock in any Spridget. 1500 Midgets do have a tension system. If there is more then a very slight slack,
