Recently had the rear end and drive shaft powder coated. The curing process did a number on the U-joints Going to replace them anyway but I am now wondering if there could be damage to rear end parts

Spent some time on the motors today and I have 2 questions. 1. I have the 2 motors sitting side by side, the 260 and the 302 looking at them what I noticed is the valve covers on the 302 are taller.

I Have a Ford Motorsport Filter that rather than having a set angle there are serrated teeth all the way around the 2 parts of the filter where the angle is and lets you set the angle that you want.
