Don't think the masses understand the program entirely or could they still be in the dark as to its existence? The program has TAC'd around 400 Tigers since it's inception approximately 7 years ago.

Jay, In spite of how hopeless it looks, you CAN get washers and nuts up there and complete the installation with the provided hardware. I've done it on both the Mk I Tiger and the Series II Alpine--
