Thanks for sharing your knowledge guys! I thought I had read that the tach would work with a Petronix, but the Nissonger Instrument repair guy assured me that the old tach would have to be converted

If you research the list archives I think you will find that it works okay for some owners and not for others. If it worked okay for everyone there would be no need for the various services that do

You know there is a potentiometer in the tach...If you remove the rear cover you can see it...and if you drill a hole there you can adjust your tack with a small srewdriver whil it is in the car with
