Any ideas, opinions how best to finish bare metal. Like after sand blasting. Maybe Eastwoods CORROLESS or does Ace Harewares X-RUSTO work just as well. Also, is it best to reapply the undercoating to

Don't know about the undercoating, but I'd use a good epoxy chromate primer like DP40. This stuff is waterproof (unlike some primers), but you should probably still paint over it. Roland
