I thought there were some type of speedometer or tachometer 'keys' required for each of these cables in order for them to work. But, I can't find mention of them nor are they shown by Moss. How does

Not that I know of. There should be two threaded collars on the cables, one at each end. The larger one screws onto distributor/gearbox; the smaller one screws onto the back of the instrument. Randa
