You might try Pierce Manifolds at (408) 842-6667. They should have generic linkage rods that are at least intended for use with Webers. No telling if they have a TR4 specific setup.

r.d. enterprises (rdent.com) has a nifty setup that attaches to one of the carb bodies. Actually they have a Weber throttle linkage that operates dual carbs, and they have a linkage for the Lotus 26R
