I don't think you will find stainless AD grilles. The factory didn't use them and no one else could afford to make the dies. A stainless die would have different dimensions than a die for mild steel

when sandblasting replace mushroom vent cap with 1/8" pipe plug. Pick dirt out of cap to make sure it is free breathing before reinstalling. GM still sells a modern version of this which is plastic.
