ok, you gotta tell me if I'm close here, but: the timing chain setup is eliminated, thus explaining the custom front cover. The cam is now driven by the belt and pulley going through the valve cover.

You actually can get the DETs for about 2K. Tho expect to spend about 2500 for EVERYTHING (all the wiring, sensors, ECU, etc.). The non-turbo DE can usually be had for no more than 1200 for everythin
