Suffix 'C' on an English indicates 1965 so if your car is a 62 the plate is a John Rogers 65 +4 (and looking for a suffix C plate)

Your plate would appear to be correct for 1962. The 6 digit numbers ran out that year and they went to 7 digits starting with "A" in 63, "B" in 64 etc John Rogers 65+4
