Try to determine where the vibration is originating, is it in the engine or the drive train. If you rev the eng. up to the vibration point out of gear and don't get the vibration you can assume that

I don't know this first hand, but I have heard that the TRW engine mounts are the best because they have a hook and loop design (for a lack of a better term) that keep the vulcanized two metal parts
