I don't know about the rest of you, but I have been using the smallest plastic screw anchor in place of those clips. This works so much better and then you can pop the grill off any time. Also works

I would think that if the arm is rubing the wheel hub then one of them would show some signs of no rust or no paint. If you cannot see signs of the rubing I would look elsewhere. There would have to

After much searching I found the switch on one of the wiring diagrams I have. The switch is for the seat belt warning light. The colors of the wiring match this switch and not the OD or the reverse
