I applied RAIN-X once and since then it seemed like a lot of pitting showed up on the windshield. Is this possible from the RAIN-X or something else? Applied to a 90'Volvo windshield. Doug

Have youconsidered putting the other two bolts on hand tight and then trying to remove the third bolt? If the shock is moving with the third bolt, this might give you the edge. Doug
