That is the problem with using a stock GN motor - the turbo sits on top of the motor and is way too tall. I am replumbing the turbo to sit in the old battery area. With a NA motor the carb would fit

Now if you want to build a Lotus 7 there is a company here in Huntsville that builds a very nice kit out of aluminum that is light weight. The cost is reasonable and will accept most any drive train.
