As an extreme example think of a tracked vehicle - the rolling circumference is governed by the radius of the wheels plus the thickness of the track, not the circumference of the track. OK...I got it

Yes the LPG tanks would not be a big one, but one can do some 150 miles with it That's only two trips to work and back for me, and fueling stations are not nearly as prevalent as gas stations around
