You got me thinking about the crank trigger I just checked it and 1-4 are 1.5 degs more advanced than 2-3 but I don't think that is the whole problem I think the plenum is the main problem, 1-4 are

Saturday morning was the first vehicle off in the morning on my 231 bike and ran 214 mph on a 195 mph record dropped the bike off at impound and ran the 12 bike to a less than expected 211 mph. later

my Hayabusa has 220+ hp and it ran a couple mph faster than you so you have to be in that range. I don't know if your areo's are better or worse than mine but if your making 240 hp prob. worse Rick
