I don't understand why you would plate it with zinc. Zinc corrodes faster, that is why it is used as a sacrificial anode. So instead of something like your radiator corroding, the zinc will. Shane Le

I am currently running a 350 w/ HEI out of a '79 Camaro. This engine and the radiator it had in it came with the truck. I'm pretty sure the radiator was not stock but I had cooling problems with it
