How old is your windshield? If it has miniscule pits in it, the rough surface can eat up your wiper blades surprisingly fast. Try a glass polish before your next new set. Steve

If your car is '75 or older it is smog exempt. However, the DMV will inspect it as an out-of-state vehicle to see if all the original (if any) emissions equipment is still there. I bought a '67 TR4A
