It is different in the overdrive ratio. Triumph used a 22% OD ratio (hence the 22 at the beginning of the numbering on top of the unit) where the Healey and some others used a different ratio such as

Larry Young (who campaigns a TR3A in vintage car racing) and I took a TR4 transmission with OD apart today and it seems that the OD unit is not from the TR4. The tag has the numbers 28/1447/xxxxxxxx.

Carpet is laid 1st, I cut a strip of rubber the same size/length as the seat tracks then coat all of the bolts will silicone sealer, so it is sound insulation, carpet, inner tube rubber, seat tracks
