A machine shop can remove some material from your manifold (cheeper than a new one). You may have the right water pump, just press the flange further on the shaft. Good luck with the pulleys, try SS

Actually the headlight assembly was originally riveted to the body. If someone has removed the assembly at some point they usually replace the rivets with screws. Andy
