When I had my BJ8 engine rebuilt in 01, I added synthetic. No leaks--really--but--I found the synthetic caused a delay--yes a delay--in lubrication upon starting which caused a distinct engine knock

I know they are quality, but they just don't suit the Healey IMO anyway. The interior was never that nice from the factory and it gives it a non-original look to me. Just my 2c's ____________________
