The fuel gauge on an in progress restoration of a 65 MGB is acting weird. The gauge slowly climbs to 1/2 full then slowly drops all the way to empty. I have a new voltage stabilizer and a new sending

I have just received a new Lucas sport coil. I was ready to install when I realized I did not save origional wire locatioins. The old coil had CB and SW terminals. The new coil has pos. and neg. term

Is it necessary to have a voltage stabilizer on a 65 MGB. The one I am putting together does not have one. (gauges did not work when I bought the car) Thanks Vic

I am rebuilding a 65 MGB that had a neg ground. I am converting back to pos ground. From what I have read, I assume the generator was flashed to convert to neg ground. Must it be flashed again to go

I just managed to melt wires on a new harness. The melt down occured at the ignition switch and going into the fuse box. White and Brown wires were involved. I am planing to cut and splice new wires
