Interesting car, but I don't think I'd have been doing that to a Twincam, even in the dark years when they were regarded as a pain! Dave and Nancy Turnbull A lot of early Loti were upgraded to run wh

The question is what the appropriate period is. You have actual race cars out there with long racing histories that started after the "appropriate period". My MGA, for instance, was turned into a rac

My particular car is not that 'late' in terms of preparation - I went back to the stock knock-off wheels long ago for vintage, and never flaired the fenders. Who knows when and if there will be a sui

Have to agree with Dick on this one. I have helped to arrange races and the time you can waste listening to people giving you their argument for moving them down a class can be staggering. Exceptions

Interesting issue. I agree that you can't make a new Tiger, or stick a V8 into whatever you like and call it a vintage race car. But there are a few cars that were originally modified, if not when ne

The CASC regs were more liberal in the 60s. You may know of Al Pease' 3 main MGB that ran an HRG Derrington Head and twin Webers at Mosport in the mid 60s. What would you do with that car? And if the
