Argent is a common wheel color for many cars regardless of make. It is a silver gray mid gloss finish. I've made my own using a spray Rustolem silver base then a dusting of Rustolem stainless steel.

The best solution is to use a stainless steel band clamp. These are a thin sheet of steel that wraps around both pipes then is captured by 2 bolts and a bar. These clamps keep the pipes together and
