Anyone out there know where I can find a cupped washer for the front hub on an early TD? Holds in the ridiculous felt "seal" on the outer bearing. Moss p.77, #39, p/n 264 260, n/a. No joy at Moss, A.

When distibutors are rebuilt, often the wrong bushing is used. Be sure that the helical oil groove pumps the oil down and not up. There is plenty of oil in the general area to keep things slippery. T

Dieseling is caused by a burnable mixture, compression and a source of ignition. Hot spots are usually the cause of dieseling in our cars. Make sure you have the right plugs. I use a 6 range NGK for
