Francois, at school I seem to remember that we were told 'bricolage' meant 'DIY' (i.e. Do It Yourself). Whilst DIY can mean a 'bodge job' it doesn't necessarily - plenty of DIYers can do decent work.

Just to say that I agree wholeheartedly with the difference stainless braided brake hoses can make - I fitted a set of Goodridge ones from the TSSC to my Vitesse last summer and am equally ecstatic
