Those are the best brands. There are 2 ways that impact wrenches will help you1) Loosening/tightening things that require more torque than you can apply by hand. You want a good 1/2" drive for this.

Harbor freight sells CENTRAL pneumatic, which I would assume is a low quality product. CHICAGO pneumatic is one of the best, and in our experience at my dad's shop is better than IR.

I don't know if British stuff works that way, but on American stuff... You use sticky stuff to hold the gasket in place so it doesn't move during reassembly, but the gasket itself does the sealing. Y
