Now this leads me to a guestion. What is your RPMs when you are doing 90 mph? I have/had the same feelings about "pushing" it beyond 60. I am used to 2200 rpm at 55 and when I am dong 60 at 3400 rpm.

I used JB weld on the exhaust manifold of a 72 Ford pickup. But now that you mention it, you are right JB Weld did not work. It did turn to powder. I ended up using some hot patch material that I go

Both doors have rust through. Passenger side is in the worse shape. I am working on a 76 Midget, windup windows. I don't know if the doors are the same. M*ss lists Bugeye Sprite body parts separate.
