My washer nozzles came right out on my 79 mgb. What I did was reach up under the dash (yes, It can be done and you can see the bottom of both nozzles) disconnect the tubes and then pry them out from

My 79 B would do this exact thing too plus the brake lights or turn signals wouldn't work. I finally found the problem. One of the wires on the fuse block was not connected well. As you are looking
