Yeah, Dell is not what it was, but neither are many of the other PC manufacturers. But, we bought them enterprise wide for our company in the more fun days so were stuck until we have to retire them

I have the motor/tranny out. Neutral does work. My concern was that if I put it in any gear and moved the lever towards the driveshaft end, nothing was disengaging. In fact, the lever feels loose as

I have underestimated the force of hydraulics. I didn't feel good about forcing it earlier. Force helps. Clutch is doing its thing with a few extra feet of leverage. Thanks everyone! Onto the brakes.
