I had some Silvia plates made in English (required here - long story) and they are ~100 x 70 mm. They are not 100% perfect duplicate as we used anodized aluminium with black printing but good enough

The main problem with almost all Nissan engines is that they are engineered to have the exhaust on the left side. With turbocharger added there's not enough space. This could be that Japanese market
