Pull off the intake side of the fuel pump and insert it in a container of gas and see if it gets sucked up. I think it may be crap in the lines or tank. Mike

If the cam was replaced or new lifters installed you need to run the engine for at least 20 minutes at about 2500 rpms. This breaks in the lifters and cam (if applicable) and all good engine builders
