You should be able to buy a generic one at any auto parts store. Not sure where you might want to mount it. Didn't the MGA have a cigarette lighter? My more modern 67BGT has one that actually works.

That is true with specific transmissions. I know the TR7 is one that will have a problem with towing. But the MGB is not one that uses a oil circulation system as such so the answer to this question
