Only one correction. The area of the pads is irrelevant to force calculations. You need to know the area of the pistons in the caliper. Only count the area of the pistons on one side of the disc. ie

Its a press fit. Grab with pliers and pull with a gently rotating motion. Most likely they are rusty and will snap off. Then you drill them out and get a replacement kit from any Mustang supplier. __
