I just looked up the receipt for the last Alpine battery I purchased. It was in 1998. Wow, I didn't realize how old it was. Anyway, it was a DieHard #36424 or current #. Fits perfectly in the series

The tanks are not difficult to remove. You could pull them along with all the connection pipes and hardware for clean up, inspection and replacement. The tanks could be taken to a radiator fit-it sh

Those interested in a PentaStar can find them at Mopar dealers and Mopar swap meets. They were stuck all over Chrysler products in the 60's and 70's. I found mine in Englishtown, NJ ...Rich
