Could be the seals (or lack of) under the windscreen wiper posts. Water can collect in nooks and crannies under the dash and come pouring out the lowest point when you round a corner. ~Jerry

It may be that the grease inside the wiper motor and wheel boxes has solidified over the years and is creating too much drag on the moving bits. It isn't terribly difficult to clean them up and renew
