Didn't get a chance to talk to the owner about the little fan by the carbs, interesting idea though, can only speculate that it is for cooling the carbs after shut down, dor cool carbs and intake air

I have put on the higher output 'hot climate' Fan that was a factory option when new, added Redline Water Wetter, and about two thirds water and one third coolant, the BN1 still heats up when sitting

I will say this, the bounce test is not really a reliable way to test the rear shocks on a Healey, I tested this way on my BN1, on the first highway trip I took the car was scary on bumpy corners, so

I recall reading that coils are not polarity specific, but are polarity sensitive, you need to swap the smaller wires on either side of the main coil wire (high tension lead is the correct name?) if
