NO. You will need the V-8 side mount kits for engine and a trans that mounts on tail at x-member you have to make and may have to remove or modify the existing x-over that the orig bellhouse sits on.

Look in any classic rod or Truckin' magazine, they have ads for wire harnesses to run modern tranny's in older vehicles w/out the 'puter. Seems like it's just a switch for the Lockup or ODrive link-u

I don't believe all the brakes have the hold-downs. I was thinking it was only the 3/4 or 1/ton that didn't but maybe some 1/2's didn't either. Huck brakes, of which 50 is the last year for them on 1

Yes, grease them on assembly, don't need a whole lot, need enough to get them lubed till rear oil splashes their way to lube. On seals, They make driver kits for those, not cheap. Most don't go that

Bill, you can "adjust" the gaps or bends in doors by holding a rubber hammer in jam area near the lock plate and "slamming the door against it. It will bounce back some and hopefully bend in the top
