Tom, dry from rebuild? I think your looking at 13 to 15 qts. Some like to fill torque converter some before assembly, not good if you have in already though. Put 5qts. in and run short time, add more

I thought all the later 235's had a long water pump with big pulley for narrow belt? You could put a 54 waterpump on those to take small belt and have your clearance at radiator. Maybe you should get
