I used a small sand blaster, Sears has a good one for 50., Uses play sand. You do need an air compressor. It takes time as the compressor ,Mine 5hp 32 gallon tank kept up but worked best at start. Th

The silver paint is available from Eastwood in PA, Color is Detail Silver #1285 For the Wire Wheels and steel. They are expensive about $ 7. per can, So if you can get the Krylon # you can save Bucks

Eastwood in PA has the correct color its Detail Silver # 1285 But they charge $7.00 a can and I know someone on the list found the color in Krylon for about half that. Carl E.
