I recently adjusted the carbs to richer and I finaly have no backfires anymore (especially in wintertime it was worse). Alos the engine seems to have more pull as well. Cheers, Hans

I did this with the engine insitu. Best is to have the starter motor out. Beware when remounting the starter motor, that the ignition cap clamps are kept upwards, otherwise you've to remove the start
