So I did Lawry, but I have the impression that the bushings are pivoting around the metal rather than having the bushings being the flexible pivot themselves. Anyway I'll have another checkup on this

I would be carefull with this. Although the clogged or otherwise bad functioning filter has been fixed, there should not be a smell in the boot. Better to find still where it comes from out of safety
