I have had a bit of powdery corrosion as well. I assume it is because of moisture in the system. I haven't had enough to hurt much so haven't look into ways to get rid of it. Scott isensee

I have a few things to add. On the AC, the first thing to check is that the flexible hoses are connected to the vents. There is a enhancement you can make to increase the speed of the blower motor.
